 ♦ January 25  Eastern Region planning session at Croasdaile Village in Durham

 ♦ February 23  Executive Board Meeting at Friends Homes Guilford in Greensboro

 ♦ March 9  Central Region Steering Committee meeting at Well Spring in Greensboro

 ♦ April 13  Western Region Annual Meeting at Grace Ridge in Morganton

     Program: The past Chair of the Western Region, Paul Sutherland, will moderate a panel discussion of Executive Directors from Abernethy Laurels, Carolina Village, Deerfield Estates, Tryon Estates, and Grace Ridge. A sample question might be, "How do you handle the relationship you have as the communicator between your community's owners and the residents?"

 ♦ April 14  Eastern Region Annual Meeting at Carol Woods in Chapel Hill

     Program: Mr. Gene Dolloff, Chairman of Morrison Senior Living and who serves on the  Leadership Circle of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. He will speak on "The Changing Scene of CCRCs: Demographics and Expectations."There will also be an update on action in the State legislature. A short business meeting will follow with the election of officers for the 2010-2011 year. The nominations are:

            Amendments to the Bylaws will be presented for approval.

 ♦ April 27  Central Region Annual Meeting at Well Spring in Greensboro

     Program: Guest speaker will be Anne Daniel, President of Medical Insurance Claims Service and an instructor in Gerontology at UNCG. She will be speaking on problems affecting those participating in our Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Prescription Drug Programs. A short business meeting will follow.

 ♦ October 7   Annual Meeting to be held at Christ United Methodist Church in Greensboro

 Note: The Annual meeting of the National Continuing Care Residents Association (NaCCRA) is being held on April 10^th at Maplewood CCRC in Bridgeport, WVa. The President of CCCR of NC will be attending.
